The Boys season 4 sets June premiere

The season 4 official-Prime video

Looks like 2024 is an election year for “The Boys” as well.

A new image from The Boys season 4 arrived Thursday, and aside from teasing new moves being made by Antony Starr’s sadistic supe and Claudia Doumit’s Victoria Neuman, it delivers the long-sought premiere date for the next batch of episodes.

The first three episodes of season 4 will arrive on Prime Video this June 13, followed by one new episode released weekly. The finale is set to drop on July 18.

Continuing the visuals of political rallies, the new image sees Homelander rallying his MAGA-esque base with Neuman, who’s closer than ever to getting elected to the Oval Office, by his side. The ambitious congresswoman is under Homelander’s thumb.

We also know that Karl Urban’s Billy Butcher only has months to live and must now deal with the fact that Becca’s son (played by Cameron Crovetti) has sided with his mortal enemy. There will also be clear continuations from the story line of spinoff series Gen V, new supes entering the picture, and the arrival of Hughie’s long-absent mom.

“I can say it is my personal favorite season that we’ve ever done,” Jack Quaid, who stars as Hughie, previously told EW at the SCAD TV fest. “Hughie’s material specifically was such an interesting ride, and I think audiences are gonna like it. Obviously we have some of the most f—ed up s–t in the world, so that only gets better or more gratuitous or more insane. Either way, it’s there.”

The returning cast includes Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, and Colby Minifie. Some of the newcomers will be Susan Heyward, Valorie Curry, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
